Francesca Schuster

Francesca is a brand strategy consultant advising on marketing, creative and design challenges and is specifically focused on understanding the impact of GenAI on creative process and artists.

In her career spanning over 20 years at global brands Dyson, adidas, Puma, and Triumph. Working across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas, Francesca has led award-winning global projects including the communication and experience workstreams for the first true adidas Flagship, a 4,235m2 store concept on 5th Avenue New York; the design & build of the adidas Primeknit London 2012 pop-up store, launching a limited edition shoe for the Olympic Games; and the VM, Retail Marketing & Store Design of the PUMA City and Container Stores, for PUMA sponsorship and entry in the 2008-09 Volvo Ocean Race.

Committed to social change outside of her core roles, Francesca is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, an ambassador and mentor to aspiring female leaders and those starting a family while progressing their careers, and mentor to students and young professionals from state school backgrounds as they enter the workforce.
