Nuria Hernández

Nuria has worked at Unilever for over 28 years and was appointed as Chief Marketing Officer for Personal Care in December 2023. She is responsible for driving the Global Personal Care strategy across our three categories – Deodorants, Skin Cleansing and Oral Care – through the transformation of the marketing function, to win today and tomorrow.

Her focus is on delivering impact though fewer and bigger multiyear innovations, and driving social first demand generation across our top 8 Power Brands (Dove, Dove Men+Care, Rexona, Axe, Lifebuoy, LUX, Pepsodent, and Closeup) with focus in our top 24 markets.

Nuria is also responsibility for Dove Masterbrand, across all categories, including Hair and Skin Care, with focus on elevating the brand expression through design and to future proof the Dove Real Beauty proposition.

Previously, Nuria was the General Manager of Personal Care LATAM and prior to that, has held several General Manager, Marketing, Customer Development and R&D roles across Europe and Latin America.

Nuria holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of Barcelona, a Master’s degree in Advanced Marketing Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and a Master’s degree in Food Industry Chemistry from Universitat Ramón Llull. She also holds a Leadership diploma from Harvard and Insead Universities.
